I am Ashwini Tarcar, a passionate caterer, cook, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry.

My journey began with a deep love for cooking and gradually grew into a successful catering business, where I had the privilege of serving more than 2500 events across Goa — from small family gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Every event has been an opportunity to create memorable experiences through food.

I specialize in traditional Goan and Saraswat cuisine, while also offering a wide range of multi-cuisine dishes. For me, cooking has always been about preserving authenticity while bringing people together.

Beyond catering, I strongly believe in empowering others through skill development. I have trained and mentored over 200 individuals, helping them build confidence and create opportunities for themselves in the culinary field.

After years of dedication and hard work, I have now started a new journey through my YouTube channel and this platform — Ashwini Tarcars Cookbook — where I share my experiences, stories, and recipes. In a fast-changing world, I believe it is important to preserve our traditional recipes, values, and culinary heritage for future generations.

For me, cooking is not just a profession — it is a way of sharing culture, tradition, and joy.
