Why I Started Sharing My Journey and Recipes

For more than 25 years, cooking has been a very important part of my life.
What started as a passion slowly became my profession, and over the years, I had the privilege of catering more than 2500 events across Goa. Every function, every gathering, and every plate of food carried a piece of my heart.
I have seen people come together over food, celebrate their happiest moments, and create memories that last a lifetime. That is what made this journey so special for me.
But somewhere along the way, I began to realise something.
The traditional recipes that we grew up with — the ones that carry the true taste of our culture — are slowly being forgotten. With everything becoming modern and fast-paced, many of these authentic methods and flavours are not being passed on the way they used to be.
That thought stayed with me. I felt a strong need to preserve what I had learned over the years — not just for today, but for the future. That is when I decided to start sharing my journey.
Through this platform and my YouTube channel, I am now documenting my experiences, my recipes, and the knowledge I have gained over the years. I upload a new video every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, where I share not just recipes, but also the stories and techniques behind them.
This is my way of giving back. I want future generations to have access to these recipes — the same ones that have been loved and appreciated by so many people over the years.
For me, this is not just about cooking. It is about preserving tradition, sharing culture, and ensuring that these flavours continue to live on in many homes. And this is just the beginning of my journey in a new direction.
